Who we are
Signature Buildings was created by Director Tyrone Alexander Koursaris BSc Hons, having studied at University of Reading and Graduating in Building Surveying and Construction Management, the view was to create a hand holding pre construction service for homeowners and developers to enable their construction project runs smoothly.
From the initial concept a one to one service has always been applied with a quality of service being paramount rather than a quantity of projects. To date the majority of clients are through recommendation and word of mouth. As the company has grown from strength to strength we have now embarked on a full turn key service being a complete Design and Build, meaning we not only deliver the pre-construction but the full on site construction with in house contractors.
How we work with you
Initially a meeting is held to introduce myself as well as explain the service that can be provided to the clients as well as to be introduced to the project and task in hand.
A full understanding of what is required to then be able to provide an accurate quotation.

With 12 years of experience in the built environment, Signature Buildings was established in 2017. I have previously co-owned an Architectural and Planning Consultancy and have worked for a reputable surveying company in Hertfordshire.
I take pride in all aspects of my work and business, always going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Office Manager
Having over 11 years in sales and customer service, Litsa brings a friendly and positive contribution to the business, ensuring day to day tasks are completed and the office is being kept up to date in all aspects.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity Litsa will be beginning her career in interior design
